It is often difficult if not impossible to find a Notary Public that will come to you. That's where I come in. I am a Mobile Notary Public, and Mortgage Signing Agent. I make visits to offices, private homes, hotels, hospital rooms, nursing homes, anywhere a notarization is needed. I try to make myself available at your convenience.

A Notary Public is responsible for screening signers of important documents such as powers of attorney, wills, and other official documents. A Notary Public will confirm the signer's awareness and understanding of the contents of the document, ensure their willingness to sign without intimidation or duress, and validate the signer's true identity. A Notary Public must maintain impartiality and is bound to not act in any situation in which they have a personal interest. The only difference between a Notary Public and a Mobile Notary Public is that I come to you. 

A Mortgage Signing Agent is a Notary Public who specializes in notarizing signatures for parties involved in real estate or mortgage loan transactions. A Mortgage Signing Agent is specifically trained and licensed to conduct real estate settlements. A Mortgage Signing Agent is vital to a successful closing. A Mortgage Signing Agent must be able to present and explain the documents involved a real estate loan transaction.  

I have been a Notary Public since 1986 and a Mortgage Signing Agent (Title Insurance Producer) licensed in Maryland and Virginia since 2004.

I am certified and background checked and certified annually by the National Notary Association and certified by 123 Notary.

I am detailed, accurate, dependable and I strive to deliver error free "World Class Service".  

Prior to retiring I was a Mortgage Lender for over 25 years with extensive experience in originating, processing, underwriting and closing all types ofmortgage loans. This included FHA, VA, Conventional Conforming and Non-Conforming Loans as well as Home Equity Lines of Credit and Reverse Mortgages. 

I am a graduate of the National Institute of Real Estate.

I have taught real estate finance classes at various schools and colleges around the area. 

I have held the positions in the mortgage industry of Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Vice President and President/Owner.

In addition I have been licensed as a Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Appraiser and Title Insurance producer.

I provide 24 hour turnaround on all mortgage loan packages.
